You have got to be kidding me...Mr. Knapp tells DPOR that the WWWOOSSP Board regulations are going to force VDH to hire more persons?? Maybe Mr. Knapp should become more learned about existing back log policies. Why compromise the training of young professionals for the sake of managing deadlines?
This is unbelievable -- how I will ever obtain the necessary field experience to sit for the AOSE exam when the Health Department continues to strong arm policies that favor delivery of direct services by their staff? The Health Department needs to quit stalling and transition into their intended role for the sake of the entire industry.
